North Lawndale Employment Network (NLEN) is a Chicago-based nonprofit organization that helps individuals facing barriers to employment gain job training, workforce development support, financial coaching, and career opportunities. The organization focuses heavily on supporting residents of North Lawndale, returning citizens, young adults, and people seeking long-term economic stability. NLEN also operates social enterprises like Sweet Beginnings and the beelove® café to provide transitional employment and hands-on work experience.
