We are a non-profit community outreach organization in Chicago's Austin Community. We have been around since 1974 and make it our mission to help people receive basic needs as well as have access to opportunities to thrive.
What We Do
We are a non-profit community outreach organization that assists community members in obtaining basic needs such as food, housing, jobs, SNAP & Medicaid as well as refer clients to crisis intervention resources.
