The 9/11 Day of Service is returning to Chicago; you can be part of the action! Serve Illinois has teamed up with the team at 911day.org for a HUGE meal pack project at the Great Hall at Union Station.

This year's event will take place on Monday, September 11, 2023, with a goal to pack 420,000 for families in our community (more than ever before). It's going to be a great, big, day of service with on-site entertainment, guest emcees, and a diverse group of faith leaders, all working side by side with community and corporate leaders.

As a Support Staff volunteer, you'll help with event set up, as a table captain, running food and supplies - supporting logistics, hospitality and registration, and more! There's a fun and meaningful opportunity for everyone (over 18).
