The Bisi Blvd Global Volunteer Program exists to support non-profit organizations across the city of Chicago and across the state of Illinois in back office, on site, and event activities.

Role Summary
Manages comments/DMs at speed, tags leads, and uses the “Book a 15‑min demo” response template to convert engagement into booked calls.

Key Responsibilities

Reply within 1 hour to comments/DMs during defined coverage windows Use approved response templates (warm, direct, non-spammy) Tag and route leads into the tracking system for follow-up Escalate high-value inquires immediately

Weekly Deliverables

Response coverage report (hours covered + response times) Lead tag log (who engaged, what they asked, next action) Template improvement suggestions based on real objections

Success Metrics

Response time compliance Qualified leads tagged and routed Conversion assist to booked demos

Supports client engagment with agency onboarding, basic event support inquiries, documentation of event attendees.

You may:

Assist with responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or during live events.Help document customer questions, feedback, and recurring issues Assist with preparing and administering organization events Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams You may not:

Make account, financial, compliance, or policy decisions independently Access or modify client records without authorization Provide guarantees, promises, or interpretations related to organizations activities Represent yourself as an employee or speak on behalf of the company without approval
