Rock and Run for Mental Health is a 5k walk/run, live music, yoga, and vendor event that raises money for mental health related charities. It is Sun. Sept. 7 at Rochester Community Park, 90 Wild Rose Ln, Rochester, IL. 9am-Noon.
Volunteer needs: Set up, tear down, course marshal, water stop volunteer, packet pickup, etc.
Sponsors, in-kind donors, and wellness vendors welcome.
