Social Community Volunteer
Role Summary
Manages comments/DMs at speed, tags leads, and uses the “Book a 15‑min demo” response template to convert engagement into booked calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Reply within 1 hour to comments/DMs during defined coverage windows
- Use approved response templates (warm, direct, non-spammy)
- Tag and route leads into the tracking system for follow-up
- Escalate high-value inquires immediately
Weekly Deliverables
- Response coverage report (hours covered + response times)
- Lead tag log (who engaged, what they asked, next action)
- Template improvement suggestions based on real objections
Success Metrics
- Response time compliance
- Qualified leads tagged and routed
- Conversion assist to booked demos
