The Bisi Blvd Global Volunteer Program exists to support non-profit organizations across the city of Chicago and across the state of Illinois in back office, on site, and event activities.

 
Customer Success Volunteer
Supports client engagment with agency onboarding, basic event support inquiries, documentation of event attendees.

You may:

Assist with responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or during live events.Help document customer questions, feedback, and recurring issues Assist with preparing and administering organization events Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams You may not:

Make account, financial, compliance, or policy decisions independently Access or modify client records without authorization Provide guarantees, promises, or interpretations related to organizations activities Represent yourself as an employee or speak on behalf of the company without approval
