The Bisi Books Volunteer Program exists to support customer success, education, and service delivery while creating a clear pathway into paid associate roles. Volunteers are treated as contributors, not extras. (All volunteer roles come with training)

Role Summary
Owns the podcast as a performance channel—ensuring each episode produces booked demos per episode targets, publishing the weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) memo, and running kill/scale decisions based on results. Aligned to company “Answer Engine Optimization approach.”

 

Key Responsibilities

Own the booked demos per episode target and weekly pacing Run weekly kill/scale decisions on formats, hooks, and distribution patterns Publish a weekly KPI memo (what shipped, what worked, what changes next week) Maintain the episode “definition of done” (CTA moments, clips plan, compliance check)

Weekly Deliverables

KPI memo + next-week priorities Episode brief (guest goal, demo CTA timing, clip plan) Kill/scale log (what continues vs stops)

Success Metrics

Booked demos attributable to episode + clips On-time episode + clip shipping rate Measurable improvement in conversion and retention week-over-week

Turns episodes into short clips engineered for action: first 3‑second hook, one clear CTA, and versions for cold vs warm audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Produce short clips optimized for retention and clarity Ensure every clip has: A strong first 3 seconds hook One CTA (“Book a 15‑min demo”) and nothing else Create “cold” versions (more context) vs “warm” versions (faster CTA) Deliver consistent formatting for TikTok/IG/Shorts/LinkedIn where needed.

Weekly Deliverables

Clip pack per episode (agreed number) Cold vs warm versions Caption/overlay suggestions aligned to hooks (optional)

Success Metrics

On-time clip delivery Improved watch time / completion rates (trend line) Click-through / demo booking assist from clips

Supports media research, documentation, ad tracking, photography/video capture, and press inquiry logging.
