Academy For Urban School Leardership

The Academy for Urban Schol Leadership is a nonprofit school management organization that leads one of the largest networkds in Chicago with 31 neighborhood Schools of Excellence. Founded in 2001 as the neations first teacher residentcy program, we grew by delivering whole school transformations and now serve over 15,000 students, 92% of whome qualify for free or reduced-price lunch.

AUSL is a school management organizatoin that woeks tirelessy to deliver on the promise that all students have access to an excellent education, right in their own neighborhoods. We inspire students achievement with our highlt trained and passionate teachers who care for each child's educational, social, and emotional needs. Our holistic model ensures our students experience more, with programs that aren't alwats offered in public schools. To achieve the goal of provididng access to an excellent eduation, we have three service lines: Manage, train, and advise.
