Who We Are
Intelligent and Ambitious Minds is a nonprofit organization based in Chicago, founded by educator and author Rochelle Wilson. We are dedicated to mentoring and guiding young ladies aged 8 to 16, helping them build self-esteem, develop emotional intelligence, and embrace their purpose. Our mission is to empower these young women to lead confident, purposeful lives, creating positive change within themselves and their communities.
What We Do
Intelligent and Ambitious Minds is a nonprofit girls mentoring program dedicated to empowering young ladies aged 8 to 16. We focus on building confidence, teaching emotional intelligence, and developing leadership skills through workshops, self-care activities, coding classes, community service, and mentorship. Our goal is to help young women overcome peer pressure, embrace their unique strengths, and live purpose-driven lives. Through partnerships, we provide resources, support, and opportunities that inspire our girls to create a positive impact in their communities.
