Who We Are
PHRCD is a non-profit agency who formed in 1976 to help uplift rural communities in west central Illinois.
What We Do
We help facilitate several programs in Macomb, IL, including Prairie Land Conservancy, the Macomb Community Cat Project, the Gazebo Art Festival, and the Macomb Community Gardens.
