The INC Spot LTD

The INC Spot Ltd is a community-driven nonprofit organization and business incubator based in Decatur dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, strengthening minority-owned businesses, and creating economic opportunities for underserved communities throughout Central Illinois.

As one of the first African American woman-owned and operated business incubators in downstate Illinois, The INC Spot was established with a mission to remove barriers that often prevent small businesses, startups, and community members from accessing the resources needed to succeed.

We believe that when communities are equipped with opportunity, education, and access, economic transformation happens.

At The INC Spot, we provide programs, services, and direct community support focused on business development, education, workforce readiness, and community empowerment.

Business Development & Entrepreneurship

We help entrepreneurs launch, grow, and sustain successful businesses by providing:

Workforce & Professional Development

• Scholar Sendoff Program – Helping college-bound students with dorm essentials and college transition support
