Harvest Link

Who We Are: Harvest Link is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening Illinois' local food system. Operating under the registered DBA Greater Wabash Food Council, we serve Edwards, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, Wayne, and White Counties by connecting farmers, schools, businesses, and consumers through programs that expand local food access, strengthen agricultural markets, and support regional economic development. Mission: Harvest Link strengthens Illinois' local food system by supporting farmers and consumers through new market opportunities, co-packing services, and a centralized food hub designed to move more locally grown food from farms to communities.

Greater Wabash Food Council is the community outreach division of Harvest Link. We promote local agriculture to support farmers, increase access to fresh local food, and create economic opportunities throughout Edwards, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, Wayne, and White Counties. Our work includes coordinating farmers markets, Farm2School programs, food distribution initiatives, producer support services, and regional partnerships that build a stronger, more resilient local food system.
