The Bisi Books Volunteer Program exists to support customer success, education, and service delivery while creating a clear pathway into paid associate roles. Volunteers are treated as contributors, not extras. (All volunteer roles come with training)
Role Summary
Owns the podcast as a performance channel—ensuring each episode produces booked
demos per episode targets, publishing the weekly Key Performance Indicators
(KPI) memo, and running kill/scale decisions based on results. Aligned
to company “Answer Engine Optimization approach.”
Key Responsibilities
- Own the booked demos per episode target and weekly pacing
- Run weekly kill/scale decisions on formats, hooks, and distribution patterns
- Publish a weekly KPI memo (what shipped, what worked, what changes next week)
- Maintain the episode “definition of done” (CTA moments, clips plan, compliance check)
Weekly Deliverables
- KPI memo + next-week priorities
- Episode brief (guest goal, demo CTA timing, clip plan)
- Kill/scale log (what continues vs stops)
Success Metrics
- Booked demos attributable to episode + clips
- On-time episode + clip shipping rate
- Measurable improvement in conversion and retention week-over-week
