The Bisi Books Volunteer Program exists to support customer success, education, and service delivery while creating a clear pathway into paid associate roles. Volunteers are treated as contributors, not extras. (All volunteer roles come with training)
Role Summary
Turns episodes into short clips engineered for action: first 3‑second hook,
one clear CTA, and versions for cold vs warm audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce short clips optimized for retention and clarity
- Ensure every clip has:
- A strong first 3 seconds hook
- One CTA (“Book a 15‑min demo”) and nothing else
- Create “cold” versions (more context) vs “warm” versions (faster CTA)
- Deliver consistent formatting for TikTok/IG/Shorts/LinkedIn where needed.
Weekly Deliverables
- Clip pack per episode (agreed number)
- Cold vs warm versions
- Caption/overlay suggestions aligned to hooks (optional)
Success Metrics
- On-time clip delivery
- Improved watch time / completion rates (trend line)
- Click-through / demo booking assist from clips
