Volunteer Zoom Exercise Host (Remote)
The Working On Wellness Foundation provides FREE online seated exercise sessions for people who cannot participate in traditional standing or floor exercises. Our programs support individuals living with conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, mobility challenges, and aging-related limitations.
We’re seeking friendly, empathetic volunteers to host live Zoom exercise sessions on weekday mornings. Each session begins with 15 minutes of community discussion time. Monday through Thursday, that is followed by a live or pre-recorded seated exercise class led by certified instructors. On Fridays, co-hosts present and facilitate our WOW Workout for your Brain, which features first a a story for auditory memory, then two brain game type worksheets. We are also open to training more volunteers who would be willing to substitute or co-host as needed. All sessions begin at 11 AM Eastern (10 AM Central, 9 AM Mountain, and 8 AM Pacific) and last for one hour.

- Encourage conversation and connection during social time
- Play a pre-recorded exercise session or record a live zoom exercise session
- Help ensure a safe, respectful experience for all

- Kind, patient, and nonjudgmental
- Comfortable using Zoom
- Passionate about helping others stay active and connected
