Description

Through the AmeriCorps RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program), a 55 and older volunteer program, help seniors at their home during the warm months with weeding, planting, lawn mowing, etc...

This is for people who enjoy garden work. You can help seniors who are less ambulatory to keep their yards in order. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR BOTH SO.KANE AND KENDALL COUNTIES. Background check mandatory.

Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible AmeriCorps RSVP volunteers.

	Volunteers should be between the ages of 55 and 70.
	Is Not Family Friendly
	Is Outdoors
	Inclement Weather Plan: If weather is bad, garden work can be scheduled for a different day.
	Is Wheelchair Accessible
